black border on jpeg

Hi all: It's been a while...can someone tell me how to save a Flexi file as a Jpeg without the black border? I usually hand paint or cut vinyl, but have been asked for some digitally printed banners and when I save as Jpeg, I get the border...

save the file as PNG with transparency on...,
