black deviation / mist printing problem

I have a problem that suddenly started happening while printing 30m2, it was a 4 hour non stop job. The printer has a DX5 epson printhead.

The black started to deviate or misting on prints and the print test shows alot of deviation.

This only happens to black , all other colors are fine...

Im not sure it it has something to do with the problem, but the black ink started spilling at the cartridges when i disconnected the damper.

Could I have broken the printhead maybe by static charge? if it was a static charge problem, why only on the black?

I have tried cleaning the black by pushing cleaning liquid with a syringe... no luck

anyone had something similar?
