we have a chinese printer in our chop its the galaxy ud-2112lc eco solvent printer with epson dx5 head.
the problem is the black ink drop out and i have to fill it up by using the fill ink option in the printer which waste a lot of the other tree ink or pull it by a syringe from the dumper. when i start printing i can see the black not being pulled from the tube line like the other color and i see the duper getting empty while printing something with black. any ideas, this problem driving me nut
