Need Help Black Ink Drops Out Slightly While Printing (Damper Problem?)

If black ink is slightly dropping out while printing but the test patterns are perfect would you say it is because of the dampers? How often should I change Roland VP-540 dampers? I just replaced the Wipers and Caps are all new.

Here is the pictures of an image I printed in versaworks with Roland Color Library converted to Spot Colors.

The black ink is slightly dropping out while printing.

I dont print as much as a fulltime shop would but I change the dampners on my xc540 about every 6 months to be safe.
I would think if your test print is fine its either a dampner or a pump on its way out. But I am FAR from a expert.

Changing the dampers on the black printhead solved my problem.
