Printing on an XC 540. I have these black banding lines almost as if the head is scratching the vinyl but it's not. There are also minor overspray's of black as well only in the same sections that the crop marks are being printed (front and back.)
My test print is good, I even tried printing a different file with a black backround and there is no over spray at all. I went ahead and tried another file thats print/cut with crop marks and I have the same problem.
I slowed the head speed down, I even tried high quality and the lines and over spray is worse than printing standard.
What the hell could it be? I'm baffled.
