Blank & Empty Book Covers?

I thought I'd find all kinds of them internet searching, but not really. I need blank hard book covers. 5" x 7" or slightly larger, and only need to hold about 20 pages. I can print the pages, I only need the covers. I couldn't find much at all!

Wouldn't this just be a flat piece of heavy paper of the correct size folded on each end?

We used to make them in high school out of paper grocery bags like this-
