Blue Screen of Death when trying to print to desktop printer from flexi

I keep getting the blue screen with the fault win32k.sys page fault in non page area when printing to my hp laser printer from flexi sign.

I do not have this trouble printing from any other program.

I have flexi 8.6v1 window 7 64-bit professional

I have uninstalled and re installed the printer driver, changed usb cable and port that it was connected to.

I will print most of the time but at least once a day I get this error.

Check your printer driver, if Win7 is running 64bit and most drivers for older printers are 32bit. I am not an expert but I do know you can't mix the two unless the printer was made for Win7.

Using the win7 64-bit driver worked good for 6 months problems just started 2 weeks ago. Only happens when printing from flexi sign.

Uninstalled and re installed the driver again yesterday along with doing a firmware update from hp website so far it has been good for the few prints I did today.
