Bn-20 Overspray Issue

Hi Every one

Hope someone can help with this Cyan over spray on my BN-20. I currently changed the C/M Damper (waiting for the others to arrive). The blue square is after I changed the damper and had all the panels off, but placing the panels back on and started my jobs, it went back to the same overspray issue. If anyone has any idea why, it would be a great help ? :).

Thanks in advance.

Hi :) Try unidirectional print first. If it prints ok, u have to adjust bidirectictional printing. Dont remember how in that machines, try to find the service manual. Clean the encoder too. No need to replace dampers now. Dont do it

With the BN-20 I've only ever printed in unidirectional. I've given the encoder a good clean and still the same results. It's a strange one for sure that seems to be stumping everyone haha.

Also im assuming you are using low printhead height. That should be the first test since doesnt look as noozles deflected
