Has anyone any experience with the Roland BN-20. I'm thinking of getting one. But have heard very little about it. Thanks.

I have a bn-20 and it works really great for what we do. The issue I came up against today is I opened the front cover to check the paper bumping the head, and now I have a printer error: says cover is open, I don't know if i should choose "retry" or "cancel" to continue printing.
