BN2-20 Die Cuts/perfcuts

Hi all!

I was having good pop-out cuts, now I changed blade, and cant get it right again, Ive tried everything probably used half a roll of vinyl trying to get it right.
Squares especially are not square and have those niks in the corners.

Can I remove the strip seeing as I will only do die-cuts?

What can I do, the strip has a grove cut in the middle, is this the problem?
Please help I only do die-cuts
