BN20 problem

I'm sure it's not recommended but I purchased a used bn20. Upon running the test print, this is what I get. What is my next step? I have run the powerful automatic cleaning several times.

That looks pretty bad.

Did the previous owners say anything about the print heads? Was the printer sitting for quite a while?
...Also, make sure you shake your white in daily. :)

The seller said it was working 100% fine. There is a claim filed, but I will be cleaning the print head as the previous poster stated.

Definitely clean it first. It may well be perfectly fine. Nozzle outs are common after a printer has been sitting for a while, if that was the case a clean should bring them back for sure. If it is difficult or you still have nozzle outs, you may need to go ahead with that claim. :(
