BN20

Hi all. Got a question about a bn20a. On my SC540 when you do bidirectional printing, the printer actually prints going both ways, makes it twice as fast. On the BN20a, I turned on bidirectional printing and did the bidirectional adjustment, but it still only prints one way. Also went to settings under cmyk and clicked bidirectional printing. Is there something special I need to do? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

ahh. no i didnt. didnt know I was suppose to. will check that now.

I figured it out, go into quality, set details to highspeed print quality then you can change direction to bi-direction. thanks for the help
