Need Help bn20a dropped a lot of print nozzle's at once

used the machine one day printed fine, print test's were fine use it today and a lot of the magenta nozzle's are not printing.
i have noticed that the felt wipers are soaking threw quite quickly lately could this be cloging up nozzle's on me.
and whats the best way to try and fix these clogged nozzle's.
does any one know of a service technician located in or near kentville nova scotia.
