In order for you to get fish like that you have to become licensed with the artist and I can tell you that the chance of you becoming licensed with Guy Harvey is very slim. There are some good artist out there you just have to make contact with them. I am very fortunate to have a friend that works for them.

who do i talk to about the guy harvey art, His website sends you to adgraphics, which in turn wants $2500 to print 3m vinyl for a suzuki samurai, oh yeah then they want $250 to use Guy Harveys art, then they want to send it to thier installer for an undisclosed amount?

If Guy Harvey wants to use adgeraphics and adgraphics wants to charge $2500 then you have a choice to pay the man what he wants for his artwork or go find somebody else.

You might find a talented artist at a local school who needs some portfolio work along with some cash.
Gotta be cheaper than the other route.

What would be the best way to go about upscaling the small images to wrap quality if possible?
