My older VP 540V run 8 years on OEM ink....never ever any problem related to ink.....generally any problems with this machine at all.....replaced one head (my fault) and encoder strip (I scratched when cleaning - my fault).
I have 2 Versacamm....allways OEM inks. Never ever any ink related problems.
