Brother 6 head not booting up! Paralysis!!

My 6 head Brother is paralyzed: I checked my incoming voltage, all 8 fuses, E-stop buttons, etc. The fans in the powerhouse are running, nothing looks burned, everything seems fine, except it does not do its usual alignment/centering sequence upon bootup, and the control pad does not light up. It just sits motionless with the fans running. Power is getting through the initial distribution components, but that's where my skills end. Hoping to find someone with either an experience like this or the knowledge of someone who may be able to repair whatever has failed. I'm in south central Mass. It's a BCE-1262-BC.

It sounds like you have done a thorough job checking the basics, like voltage, fuses, E-stop buttons, and power distribution. However, since your Brother BCE-1262-BC isn’t completing its alignment or powering the control pad, the issue could be with the motherboard, control panel, or another internal electronic component. These parts often require specialized diagnostics and repair. I’d recommend reaching out to a professional embroidery machine technician for a detailed inspection.

If you're considering an upgrade or replacement, then Ricoma 6 Head Embroidery Machine is worth looking into. It offers modern features, excellent support, and reliable performance for multi-head embroidery operations, which could be a valuable investment for your business.
