Film used was 3M 1080, post heat showed no installation errors. Warranted the install once with 3M 1080 then the same thing happened again a few months later. So I warranted it again but switched to Avery. This is the 3rd time covering the glass on this van and needs to be replaced for a 4th time. Never in my history of wrapping vehicles, have I ever seen this happen 3 times in a row with 2 different films. The vehicle was a 2025 Ford Transit 250 Window Van. I looked up the van to see if there was anything added to the glass from the factory, but nothing, standard automotive glass.
Other than installer error (3M Trained, Installing wraps since 2005), has this happened to anyone else? And what is the solution?
