Built a simple order management tool - looking for beta testers

Hey y'all - I grew up in my dad's sign shop since I was 9 (20+ years ago) and realized how inefficient the order fulfillment process has always been.

Some things drove me crazy: orders scattered everywhere (email, paper, asana), approved files impossible to find when you need them, no proof delivery system, etc

So I built a tool that actually handles the fulfillment workflow in simple way
  • Send proofs in one click -> customer receives a link where they can instantly approve or share comments
  • Keep all customer communication in-app (no more hunting through texts and emails)
  • Schedule pickup/installs in one click
  • Automatically request customer google review upon job completion
  • One place to see order status, files, and job history
Been using it in our shop for a couple months and it's honestly changed how we operate. We're not playing phone tag for scheduling anymore, customers can see their orders are moving forward, and we finally have a well-oiled fulfillment operation going on.
