Button Getting stuck, any fixes?

Our right arrow button is sticking on our Mimaki. Anyone know how to loosen it up or unstick it?

I've used an electronic spray with the long nozzel on stuck buttons before. The spray won't melt plastic in the switches. I think rubbing alcohol will work too? Not sure if you can pop the plastic button tab off to get to the switch?
I think I would call the company tech line before I did anything.

Also, if you end up getting a new keypad to replace your old, make sure you unplug and power down the machine before replacing... Should be common sense, but too often people try to exchange electronic parts and end up frying everything with the machine powered up or plugged in... just a friendly reminder...
