Buying a UV flatbed printer. Can anyone give me some advice before I jump in?

I have been looking at printers for awhile. Going to trade shows, visiting factories. I live in China, so there are a lot of UV printers made here to choose from. I started a company that relies heavily on UV printing. Now we outsource, but I am ready to buy the printer and do it myself. Can anyone help me realize what I'm getting myself into before I stop outsourcing? I am also interested in an ink that has less of an odor and/or toxicity, so if these UV inks exist, I would like to look into that. Thanks!
