BX fonts, if I'm not mistaken are for Embrilliance software. So you'll need to have their software and digitize it in that format (or outsource it to someone that has that ability in their software version).
You really need BriTon Leap software (Embrilliance and Designer's Gallery) to use those fonts anyway.
Otherwise, see about places that sell BX fonts and then see if you can get them to make a TTF/OTF file of your choosing into a BX format.
At least that's how I would handle it for Wilcom users as I can create Wilcom ESA fonts from regular computer fonts. I don't see why it would be any different for the BX font suppliers.
