Caldera Latex 360 Question

Its the weekend over here so thought might get some help from the forums.

Adding a Latex 360 Printer to Caldera.

I've installed the printer driver. I've configured the IP address in Caldera.

The printer pings and the embedded web server loads.

When I try and start the Latex 360 server it says 'init error'.

If I try and download the media profiles from Easy Media it says the printer is offline.

I'm not very strong with Caldera yet so I must be missing something obvious.

Anyone got any ideas?

Some ideas and needed info:

1. Is the license dongle updated to allow the printer driver to work?
2. Linux or Mac?
3. Ethernet or WiFi?
4. Are you running Caldera in a VM?
5. DHCP or fixed IP addresses?
6. IP conflict?
7. Did you restart all machines, network switches / hubs, routers etc. yet?
8. Did you try unplugging and replugging all network cables at machines and hubs / switches?
9. Is all firmware up to date?
10. Is Caldera up to date?
11. Can you point your web browser to the printer and get the correct web page form the printer to come up?

These are things I would verify in a situation like yours.

One thing I have noticed in the devices menu the driver isn't being recognised for the printer. Not sure if this is a problem but just an observation. Screen shot attached.

It looks like a Caldera update was needed. Wasn't aware of the Caldera user net for the downloads.

Thanks for your help.
