Calibrating print length?

When I print stickers to be contourcut in shape, print is slightly less in length than the original file.
I mean that when I try to print let´s say 1000mm (file) then the actual print is 996mm.
Now, when contourcutting using three reg marks the cut is not exactly where it should be.

How shall I calibrate the length of a print on a Mutoh Rockhopper II?

Thanks, I tried to look for it (Signlab 8 / Visual Production Manager) but didn´t find anything suitable.
I think that it might be in the printers end...

In the printer menu on the machine look for X-length.
Print a 300 mm length square and compensate the value.
Media transport distance update.
