calibration tests prints not printing sj745ex

Hello,

I'm trying to print and doing test prints and it looks like it's needing calibration, so I went into service mode and try to print out the calibration test print but nothing comes up. I've got 2 heads that aren't working from what I see. It's the light ones (light cyan and light magenta). Do you have any clue of what's the problem of not printing the calibration test prints?

Please take a look at the pictures, and give me your opinions, thanks!

If that group isn't printing anything, like not even a single nozzle of either colour the fuse is likely blown. What causes the fuse to blow is the concern, since they tend not to fail on their own.

If there is at least a few freckles of ink, it's something to do with the ink flow. One of the dampers or cap losing a seal, or less likely the pump failing.

Here is a video that might get you some insight into what's under the hood:

From the look of your black, you have not got the best cleaning regiment. The heads could be clogged, but Ragnabrok is pretty knowledgeable.

Actually I made a thread before that group b didn't print it, so they let me know that the fuse was wrong. I replaced the fuse but the yellow kept misfiring, so I replaced the yellow with the light cyan and know it doesn't misfire (it kept printing yellow on everything).

Do you think that if the light cyan and magenta don't work will the calibration test print wouldn't print?

It prints the test print but not the calibration test print in order to calibrate.
