What is the purpose of the 'bump' post?

Once the cutter gets some age on it, cut objects may not close and circles may not be concentric... I resolved this issue by adjusting the gain on the mainboard as well as slightly bending a plate on the top of the cuthead assembly... Easy to remove and bent using needle nosed pliers to put more tension on the wheels that hold the head in place and sturdy on the guide rail.

Overall, enjoyed working with the 1210 (24" model) for well over 3 years and the company I sold it so is still using it 9 years later.

ANY PNC-XXXX ROLAND IS GREAT!!! the PNC line of rolands is comarpable to the cx- 300, 400, 500 plotters.
these was/are rolands best. a PCN-1100/950/960 are far superior to any of the wall brand you can buy new in the $500-1400 range.
