Can anyone identify this font?

Looks very familiar but I can't place it. Sorry for the crappy image, it's all I have to go on. It'll get a little larger if you click on it. I ran it through WhatTheFont but didn't come up with a good match.

CorelDraw has an app in side to help identify fonts. it is called "what the font".
works great.
