can anyone open a corel paintshop pro file for me??

have a client that has forwarded us a corel paint shop pro file and i only use adobe. can anyone do me a huge favor and open it and save it in a file format i can open? using cs3(illustrator) or even point me in a direction of a website/programme that will open it?
