Can Flexi Design 12 Do This?

I have a customer that needs decals made like in the attached picture. Three Letters in an Round Shape. I am using Flexi Design 12 and can't figure out how to create it. Help!!!

Sure it can. At least my Flexi 11 can. Type your text. Select it. Click on Effects/Distort/Balloon. With a little adjustment, you have your text distorted into a perfect circle.

or just get a monogram font from harolds fonts.

Honestly, I'd think the simplest way to do it would be to vectorize, assign colors, put a cut path around the outside, and produce.
