Can I print on LEJ640 and print on VP540i

I am trying to print vinyl on my LEJ640 then cut it on my VP540i after laminating. Not much luck getting everything to line up correctly. The VP reads the crop marks but randomly starts cutting anywhere from .5" to 1" left or right and top to bottom of where the die cut is supposed to be. We have to run the printers on seperate computers because the router noise affects the LEJ in a bad way. Using the same version of Versa Works on both set ups and think all the settings are set the same from the same EPS. Any suggestions?
