Can not ID this Font Please Help !!! :)

Just came across this font and spent about 2 hours browsing,
I just don't seem to find or recognize anything like this one,

its not Handel Ghotic although it looks very similar , it nither is a square or Microgramma ..... what else could this one be ? anyone...

Charlie Brown is what it looks like to me. www.dafont.com has it for free download. With a bevel and emboss filter on top. Hope that helps!

its not exactly it although close , this one is more extended and S and E are different, I need this font for a project I am working on however I would also like to keep it in my own library if its free.....

anyone else ?? any ideas
