Can you identify this font for me?

I need to do some work for a customer and he gave me an exisitng decal - but I can't identify the font...

HELP please!

The font is called Rapier, mine came with the signlab font collection.

Isn't that also called "Laser" guys?

A scrupulous comparison of Laser and Rapier reveals that the sample is definitely Rapier and definitely not Laser
