I'm not exactly sure of what you are asking, but when I lived in Canada (Outlook, Saskatchewan) I used Artech for advertising specialties. The customer would pick out what they want from the catalog, I'd design it, order it, give it to the customer, and collect the profit.
Artech, located in Chambly, Quebec, is a great company that produces quality products. I have used them from time to time after I moved to the States. If a customer of mine needs something in this regard that I can't produce myself, I'll use them again.
