We run two Colorado 1650s. These printers when new or within warranty are amazing. Unfortunately once the warranty runs out, any error code that we can't figure out in house turns into a minimum $1k repair job. Our latest problem came about when the two screws came off the exit buffer assembly on the left side. (photos attached) The easy temporary fix was to patch it back up with zip ties and it seems to work for now, but I'm wondering if anyone else came across this issue? It seems like a costly complicated part replacement/repair. ugh.
