Canon Colorado M cyan banding

I'm having cyan banding about every 20 inches with solids and gradients containing cyan. Any guidance?

Here's a video of an example.

Canon Colorado M3
Onyx 2024
Grimco Briteline 9mil Photo Paper BL-P54150
tension bar is being used
Having this issue with gloss and matte modes; the example is printed in gloss specialty, which seems to be the least bad.
The media has been calibrated
I'm not having this issue with vinyl.[/MEDIA]

It’s all about your print!
Try a different media or get rid of the tension bar. You don’t need that for paper. If it’s every 20 inches it probably has to do with when it starts to roll up, the weight of the media changes causing the stepping to be off. If you really want to use the tension bar you have to make sure the vacuum is high enough and you have to calibrate with the tension bar on.
