I've printed plenty of double sided banner on the Colorado without issue, I guess all the banners so far have been light coverage / color.
Now I'm printing some almost all black banners and when printing the second side I get a "winding error" and print aborts. I think the dark color of the first side is confusing the take up sensors. Winding does not start when the material passes the sensor and shortly after the error occurs.
Any one see this happen before, any work arounds? I was thinking of manually triggering the sensors with white material. Calling canon tomorrow to as for a solution.
Pretty dumb how it cancels the entire perfectly good print over this and ruins it when the error should not really be a big deal
