Can't add job

I'm using Photo Print 5 DX and I'm trying to add one specific job to the production manager and it just doesn't show up. I've tried a bunch of other files and they go right in.
The file I'm having trouble with is an .ai file but I've also saved it as a .pdf, .jpg and .eps also.
Has anyone run into this?

If it has transparencies you may have to flatten to tiff. What version ? If it CS2-3 may have to save down.

I'm working in CS2 but the client created the file so I'll have to look at the properties tomorrow.

Bring it in to 2 - export v10 or tiff
