Can't Figure This One Out

Does anyone recognize this font? Any help is much appreciated. I exhausted all of our resources and came up with nothing exact, and a few that were close, but not close enough.

It looks distressed around the edges, but that's just because I added contrast to the original low-res image and it enhanced the pixelated edges. I ended up finding something that was close enough and the customer was fine with it. Thanks for the reply.
