Cant find the font?

I have a file, which I have the fonts for, installed in the font folder. And its telling me that it wants to replace it, because it can't find it. What am I missing here? I've restarted, and checked the fonts to make sure there active. Illustrator and Flexi, do not even show that its available. Anyone have a solution?

did you actually install the font or just copy it into the fonts folder? If the latter, in the font install dialog, navigate to the font folder, select the font and actually install it.

I would also check your total count of fonts installed. Depending on you system resources, you will see fonts not being listed typically when you get up into the 700 to 1,000 range of total fonts installed.
