Can't find this font

I am trying to find this font that we used in the past. All I have is vectors of the font from the restaurant and I need it to recreate the face for this sign.

What Version? Omega 2.6.1 already can run on Windows10, or 1.56 on Windows7 32 bit. No need to have it on an old Computer. There are some tricks with the install.
