can't get job to print

Here is what is going on: I have a xc-540. I am printing a job with the following layout: Custom roll,
Get media width- 53.58".
Scaling: 1202%
w- 293.81
H- 104.67

Tile Spacing

Clip and Tile
Tile size- Size- custom cut
w-49.68
H- 104

Overlap

Topleft
size: .75

When I go to Print and get this error messege: current media width is smaller than required size for job. Do you want to continue?

What goes?

Do you also have it set to print registration marks?

If it's set to print registration marks as well that's another 2 inches of material needed.
