Can't locate specfiic decorotive stand off mounts - (Picture Included)

I am unfamiliar with these and am looking for these specific mounts, picture attached.

I have tried Gemini, National Sign and plan searching in google.

The screw piece I can probably get from Gemini, the spacer is the hard part to find.

personally i think that barrel is off of a handle of a glass door, the bevel in it is where the cross bar of the handle rests. perhaps look into replacement parts for glass door handles.

We also sell sign standoffs but have never ran into something like that. Let us know if you are able to find it.
