Can't set Driver options in RIP and PRINT Window

What am I doing wrong? I can no longer edit the driver options for my Mutoh Cutter in Rip and Print window. All that pops up is the box that has the Macro tab and options, no force or speed show up??

Any ideas what happened? I can still adjust the force and pressure when I send a print with a contour cut, just not if it's a cut only file.
