Car dealer label

I have to make quote to a car dealers for bumper sticker dealer ads.
I would like to know where witch kind of product i should project to use.
The stickers will be apply some time on curvy part.
Actually at this time they use clear die cut sticker with overlay and they don't like this beacause dust come behind sticker after a few time.

No gerber here i have a mimaki cjv 150-160
With SS21 CMYK. This printer is print and cut function.
Viny cut or print with laminate ?
