Dear community. I come from fine art and started big banners with a used l28500. I luv this guy!!
But wanna do soft fabrics with the media edge holder and the carriage crashes into them.. Just slightly till they come loose.
I suppose the carriage might be sagging slightly due to age. Is there a chance I can lift it a bit? Replace a tired piece somewhere?
I am quite a mcguyver but need to know where to start..
I suppose it's not l28500 unique as all designjets have this set up?

I fixed leaking carriages already where the connectors got weak where the printhead sit.
