Cast Laminate - FDC 7000 Matte

Has anyone else tried this laminate? If so, any opinions?
We usually use 3M 8520, but my vendor was out and this was a little better on price.

Also, I know most all of FDC's products are rebranded... does anyone happen to know who manufactures this particular product?
