We are aware that some of you running Flexi and PhotoPRINT version 10 and older are experiencing an error when you try to RIP: “Caught exception, error code-10.” This may be an error caused by a Windows update or by anti-virus. If you are experiencing this, you can try our solution below:
1. Disable anti-virus
2. Reinstall software (contact esupport@thinksai.com for a download link, if needed)
*Please note that in the past, Microsoft has released updates to fix the updates, and a forthcoming solution from them may be in the works if this is in fact due to a Windows update.
