CC 2015 'pasting' weird.

If I ctrl-c then ctrl-v to a new window, the files paste offset. It's very weird. If you hit delete, then ctrl-z, they reappear correctly. This is happening on 2 different computers, both just updated to cc 2015. Is there some setting I'm missing?

First image is what the design looks like after creation. 2nd image is what it looks like if you copy and paste (doesn't matter if you use keyboard shortcuts or the drop down menus.)

I have had no issues with CC 2015 yet. Been using for a couple weeks. We also do a lot of cut and past between tabs.

Is this windows or mac?
