Ce-7000-60 cutting offset is off by 1/2" both directions.

The US Cutter folks could not figure it out and asked me to call Graphtec tomorrow. Was also told by Cutter that Graphic does not support Onyx..
I can move the offset + or - 0.118 or about 1/8" I went in and changed the offset movement to a max of 0.245 but even after entering it is not sticky. Every time I go back to do a test, 0.118 is the max I can set.
