I have a Graphtec CE3000-60 Mk2 cutter and it has a big problem. The last time I used the machine after it finished cutting it did not stop at the end it retracted the vinyl all the way back out of the machine and now when it is turned on the display says NOVRAM INIT. I can not get the machine to do anything at all. I talked to a couple of people at graphtec and they gave a few posibilities of what might be wrong. I assume that it is going to need to be sent in for repairs. I am going to purchase a new cutter but I would like to get this one repaired also. Any ideas what might be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
