CE3000-60 pinch rollers

I need to change the pinch rollers on my CE3000-60. Is there anyway I can do it myself or only a technician should do it? Can I purchase the rollers from somewhere?

you can do it by your self. I repair my whole graphtec just the mechanical parts because technicians are dump I know more than them. you can buy rollers from any where you wish to buy but it should fit.

Thank you for the reply desi but not sure if I can find the same kind of rollers here. Know where I can get instructions on how to open up the machine?
